Wilberforce Home and School Association meets in the school library or staff room on a monthly basis. Our goal each year is to raise funds for the needs of our school community. Funds are used for classroom needs, playground improvements, library books, special events and more. We do this through the hot lunch program, fundraisers and special events throughout the school year. There are many opportunities for volunteers to help out in all areas!

All parents are welcome to join the meetings. You do not have to hold an elected position. We look forward to meeting you and working with you this year.

Wilberforce Hot Lunches! We are excited to announce that as of September, families can start ordering Hot Lunches online. Menu items will be delivered to each classroom. Proceeds from hot lunches will go towards the initiative’s set out in our Home and School annual budget. Currently, we are fundraising for technology at the school.
How to Setup an Account for Online Orders: ○ Go to Wilberforce.hotlunches.net ○ Click on "Click Here to Register" ○ Enter Access Code WHL ○ Complete the rest of the registration form. ○ Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom ○ Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Wilberforce P.S. ○ Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders" ○ Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
