Welcome to our Kindergarten Registration page.  Below you will find the link to the registration site.  Please follow the link to start the registration process.  Once you have registered, please download our registration package.  In this package you will find some other forms that will need to be filled out and submitted, along with the necessary supporting registration documents.  These forms can be sent to wilberforce@tvdsb.ca .  If you require any assistance, please contact the office.

Looking for activities for your preschool child or have questions or need advice about a new baby?  Middlesex EarlyONServices  provide (virtual)  opportunities  for  children  from  birth  to  6   years  of  age to participate in play and inquiry-based programs, and support parents and caregivers in their roles.
